ARRIVAL & WELCOME

Meet your instructors and fellow surfers at the Soulspot Surfschool base for a warm welcome and briefing.

GEAR UP & WARM-UP

Get fitted with your wetsuit and surfboard, followed by a dynamic warm-up session on the sand to prepare your body.

10:00

BEACH LESSONS

Learn fundamental surf techniques, safety rules, and wave theory from your instructor on the beautiful Colares beach.

11:00

WATER PRACTICE

Hit the waves with your instructor, receiving real-time feedback and guidance as you catch your first (or many) rides.

12:30

DEBRIEF & CHILL

Return to shore for a debriefing session, share experiences, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the surf school.
