GEAR UP & BRIEFING

Get fitted for your wetsuit and surfboard, followed by a safety briefing and basic theory on the beach.

WAVE PRACTICE

Hit the water for your first practical session, learning paddling, popping up, and catching your first waves.

COACHING & FEEDBACK

Receive personalized feedback and tips from your instructor to refine your technique and build confidence.

12:30

DEBRIEF & CHILL

Return to the school for a debriefing, warm showers, and a chance to relax with fellow surfers.
