1. Acceptance

By using OnlyBeaches you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the platform.

2. Account & conduct

• You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't share credentials.
• Don't scrape, mass-download, or attempt to reverse-engineer our APIs.
• Reels and reviews must be your own, factual, and non-defamatory. We moderate.

3. Content licence

You retain ownership of your reels and reviews. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on OnlyBeaches and in promotional contexts.

4. Conditions data

Marine and weather data are provided as-is from third-party sources. They're directional, not a substitute for local lifeguard advice or surf forecasts. Don't make life-or-death decisions based on our score alone.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from /passport.

6. Changes

We'll post material changes to this page and email registered users when something substantive shifts.
